I am a huge foodie so I was really excited to find some unique vegetarian and vegan recipes for a change.

All the books here are great, but here are a few highlights: Yotam Ottolenghi’s cookbooks have decent Middle Eastern vegetarian stuff but don’t hold your breath for Arabic or Palestinian dishes; Jerusalem is one magazine’s print collection of excellent recipes.
